Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities were conducted at Kendriya Vidyalaya Gunupur during the year 2026 as per the guidelines and directions of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS).
Teachers were encouraged to participate in various professional development programmes, training sessions, workshops, webinars and capacity-building activities to enhance their subject knowledge, pedagogical skills, ICT competencies and classroom practices.
The CPD activities focused on improving teaching-learning processes, competency-based education, use of technology in education, assessment practices, inclusive education and the overall professional growth of teachers.
The participation of teachers in CPD programmes contributed to continuous improvement in teaching practices and helped in creating a more effective, learner-centred and enriching educational environment in the Vidyalaya.
